The service

Helpwing is interview preparation, and live help only where the interviewer allows AI. You can practise with mock interviews and read a debrief after a call. Live help during a real conversation is a separate choice, and it is allowed only when the interviewer permits AI help.

Who may use Helpwing

18+ only. You must be 18 or older. Helpwing is India-first. Not available in the EU, UK, or Switzerland. If you are in one of those places, do not use the service.

Tell the interviewer

When you use live help, you must tell the interviewer. If the interviewer or the employer does not allow AI help, do not turn live help on. Practising on your own, before a call, does not require that disclosure.

Exams, tests, and proctored assessments

You may not use Helpwing in exams, recruitment tests, or proctored assessments. That includes public examinations. In India, unfair means in a public examination can be a criminal offence under the Public Examinations (Prevention of Unfair Means) Act, 2024. Purchases

Every paid minute pack and every time-boxed plan is a one-time purchase. No auto-renew. When the minutes run out, or the time period ends, the purchase ends. We may remind you. We will not charge you again unless you choose to buy again.

No affiliation

Helpwing is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or speaking for any employer, recruiter, university, exam body, or platform. Nothing on this site is an offer of employment.

If these rules are broken

We may refuse a purchase, or stop live help, when use breaks these terms. Employers can opt out of live help by writing to compliance@helpwing.ai.
