7-day refund on unused minutes
You can ask for a refund of unused minutes within 7 days of the purchase. Minutes you have already used in a live-help session or a mock interview are not refunded. The refund covers the unused remainder.
Email support@helpwing.ai from the address on the account, with the purchase reference and how many minutes are still unused. We confirm the request by email.
No auto-renew
No auto-renew. Every purchase is a one-time payment. There is no subscription to cancel, and we will not charge you again unless you choose to buy again. When a minute pack or a time-boxed plan ends, it ends.
What this does not cover
- Free welcome minutes are not a purchase, so there is nothing to refund.
- A request made after 7 days is outside this draft policy.
- Minutes already used are outside this draft policy.
